Quo guided the international Franke team of 65 people through a hands-on Design Challenge. The team was encouraged to ask questions, take initiative and think creatively. To gain insight into the broad product portfolio, each group was asked to actively test and compare the different systems.
The identified fields of action were then consolidated, grouped and evaluated according to their implementation effort and cost-saving potential. Where initial solutions were already available, these were briefly outlined and attached.
In a final pitch presentation, each team visualised the identified opportunities to demonstrate their impact and relevance to the business.
At the end of the day, a collection of optimisation opportunities and initial ideas on how to address them were available.
With this overview, Franke received a consolidated list – from quick fixes to long-term projects. And thus, a well-founded guide for the next steps that need to be taken on the way to an optimised product portfolio.
